IS THERE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Sale prices will be as marked. You can also use discount code EOFY10 for an extra 10% off sitewide.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, only one discount code is applicable per order.

WILL THE WEBSITE BE CLOSED BEFORE THE SALE?

The Muscle Republic website, app and returns portal will be closed from 1pm AEST, Wednesday 17th June to allow time for our team to prepare the sale! We recommend having your wishlist ready before this to ensure you don't miss out during opening hours.

CAN I SAVE ITEMS IN MY CART?

Our sales can get a little crazy!

Adding an item to your cart does NOT reserve or hold the items while you are still shopping and they can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

We recommend saving all the items you've got your eye on to your wishlist, you can then add them quickly to your cart from here.

Please note, adding products to your wishlist does not guarantee their reservation.

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

This is the perfect time to use your credit!

You can use your store credit voucher code to make partial or full payment at the checkout.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, only one discount code is applicable per order.

CAN I USE MY LOYALTY REWARDS POINTS?

Yes, loyalty rewards can be used during the sale, however are not able to be used in conjunction with additional discount codes. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, only one discount code is applicable per order.

You will continue to earn reward points of 1 point per $1 spent during the sale when logged into your account.

CAN I USE MY OTHER DISCOUNTS?

WILL BUNDLES BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SALE?

No, unfortunately, bundles are not available during the sale.

IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

If you’ve made a mistake on your order, you can now make changes yourself at checkout within the first 15 minutes following your order being completed.

Within this 15 minute window you may update items, sizes, shipping details, or remove products directly from your confirmation page or order confirmation email.
Please note that once this 15 minute window has passed changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

If you’re unable to edit your order, we recommend placing a new order for the correct items to avoid missing out on stock.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?

EOFY Sale purchases can be returned for store credit or an exchange within 30 days from purchase date. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by our returns team once it’s arrived back at the warehouse during this busy time.

Final Sale items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless deemed faulty).

NZ + Rest Of The World

EOFY Sale purchases can be returned for a store credit only within 30 days from purchase date. Please allow 7-10 business days for your retyrn to be processed by our returns team once it’s arrived back at the warehouse during this busy time.

Final Sale items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless deemed faulty).

Shipping for International Returns is payable by the customer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to get all orders out as fast as possible, however, due to increased orders during promotion periods, orders may take up to 7-10 business days to be dispatched.

Please note Express Shipping means your order will only be prioritised once it's in transit with the courier, not fast tracked during processing.

CAN I USE AFTERPAY OR ZIPPAY TO PLACE MY ORDER?

You're more than welcome to use any of the listed payment methods during the sale, which include AfterPay, ZipPay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You can also use your store credit for your order!

IF I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING, WILL MY ORDER BE PRIORITISED?

Orders are picked and packed based on when they are received. We recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to receive your order quickly!

If you have opted for Express, this means your order will only be fast-tracked and prioritised once it's in transit with the courier.

We aim to get all orders out as fast as possible, however, due to increased orders during promotion periods, orders may take up to 7-10 business days to be dispatched.

We are unfortunately unable to offer Same Day or Next Day Delivery services during the EOFY Sale.

CAN I STILL CLICK & COLLECT DURING THE EOFY SALE?

Unfortunately, Click & Collect is currently not available.

CAN I STILL SELECT SAME DAY/NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, same day/next day delivery will not be available during our EOFY Sale.

IS THERE A GWP AVAILABLE?

Yes, orders over A$150 will receive a gift with purchase; Republic Duffle Bag - Navy. Unfortunately, you cannot select an alternative GWP to the product shown at checkout. Gift with purchase is limited edition, available whilst stocks last and cannot be added once your order has been placed.

If you are shopping on our website: Simply add A$150 or more to your cart and your gift with purchase will automatically add to your cart.

If you are shopping on the app: Once you have added A$150 or more to your cart, you must then ""TAP TO ADD TO CART"", to add your gift with purchase into the cart prior to checkout.
