WHEN DOES THE SALE START?

Our EOFY sitewide sale starts on Thursday 20 June, 8am AEST, with exclusive early access available from Wednesday 19 June, 5pm AEST via secret password entry to all Diamond & Platinum loyalty members.

HOW DO I GET EARLY ACCESS?

If you have signed up for early access or are a Diamond or Platinum Loyalty Member an exclusive password will be sent to you via email on Wednesday 19 June. You will be able to enter your password on the Muscle Republic home page from 5pm AEST on Wednesday 19 June.

Unfortunately, if you have not signed up to receive early access you will not be able to shop the sale until Thursday 20 June, 8am AEST.

IS THE SALE AVAILABLE ON THE MUSCLE REPUBLIC APP?

The Muscle Republic App will be closed from Wednesday 19 June, 4pm AEST until Thursday 20 June, 8am AEST.

From Thursday 20 June, 8am AEST the Muscle Republic App will be open as usual with the EOFY sitewide sale available to shop!

Your pre-saved wishlists will still be available to access after the App is re-opened.

CAN I SAVE ITEMS IN MY CART?

Our sales can get a little crazy!

Adding an item to your cart does NOT reserve or hold the items whilst you are still shopping and can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

We recommend saving all the items you've got your eye on to your WISHLIST, you can then add them quickly to your cart from here.
Please note, adding products to your wishlist does not guarantee their reservation.

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

This is the perfect time to use your credit!

You can use your store credit voucher code for partial or full payment at the checkout.

CAN I USE MY LOYALTY REWARD POINTS?

You are welcome to use your loyalty redemption vouchers during the sale period, however, these will unfortunately not be available to be used in conjunction with the EOFY10 discount, only one discount is applicable per order.

Please note minimum spends apply to loyalty point usage and a maximum of $50 (500 points) can be redeemed per order.

You will continue to earn 1 point per $1 spent during the sale, just make sure you're logged in prior to placing your order!

WILL BUNDLES BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SALE?

Bundle deals are unfortunately unavailable during the sale. The 2 for $80 or 2 for $100 promotion will not apply to cart automatically during the sale period.

EOFY Sitewide Sale: Can only be returned for Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days and are not eligible for Refunds.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed by our returns team once it arrives back at the warehouse during this busy time.

NZ + Rest Of The World:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to get all orders out as fast as possible, however, due to increased orders during promotion periods, orders may take up to 7 days to be dispatched.

Please note Express Shipping means your order will only be prioritised once it's in transit with the courier, not fast tracked during processing.

IF I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING, WILL MY ORDER BE PRIORITISED?

Orders are picked and packed based on when they are received. We recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to receive your order quickly! If you have opted for Express, this means your order will only be fast-tracked and prioritised once it's in transit with the courier.

CAN I STILL CLICK & COLLECT DURING THE EOFY SALE?

As our warehouse team is going to be extremely busy the option for Click + Collect will be turned off during our EOFY Sale and we won't be able to process in person returns.

IS THERE A GWP AVAILABLE?

Yes! The first 1000 orders (500 during early access, 19 June & 500 during sale launch, 20 June) over $175 will receive a GWP.
GWPs available are the 'Training Water Bottle - Purple' on the 19th June & 'Studio Water Bottle - Lavender' on the 20th June.

Unfortunately, you cannot select an alternative GWP to the product shown at checkout. Product is subject to availability and while styles last.
