Muscle Republic will not publish or display members’ contact or financial information. Further, Muscle Republic will NOT provide a third party with contact details, including email addresses, at any time.


Contact information such as name, address, telephone numbers and email address are collected and stored. When users sign up and use a credit card, the credit card details are not stored. The details are transmitted electronically and discarded.


Members of Muscle Republic will be contacted directly by Muscle Republic for a variety of service and/or marketing reasons. Such communication will include but is not limited to: Special Offers and Updates, Newsletter, Service Announcements and the like.

Such contact will be via normal email. It is the responsibility of each Muscle Republic member to ensure that personal contact information, particularly the email address is kept current and valid.

The MUSCLE REPUBLIC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MUSCLE REPUBLIC (“MUSCLE REPUBLIC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to MUSCLE REPUBLIC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MUSCLE REPUBLIC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MUSCLE REPUBLIC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. We may need to change our short code or telephone number. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

This web site takes every reasonable precaution to ensure privacy and to protect members information, particularly contact information and financial information. Where sensitive information such as financial information is requested (eg credit card details), that information is encrypted and protected to the highest industry standard in common use – SSL.

We also do everything reasonable possible to protect members information in the off-line environment. Only senior and trusted employees ever get to see members sensitive information on an “as needs” basis in order to complete a particular task.


  • Find products you wish to purchase on Muscle Republic Website or Muscle Republic App and add to checkout cart.
  • Select size and quantities required and proceed to checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for supplying the proper and correct address information for orders.
  • Muscle Republic is not responsible for orders not due to unforeseen circumstances such as misplaced, lost or stolen during transit. Responsibility is held with our delivery carriers however Muscle Republic will do everything possible to assist.
  • Should for some unforeseen reason we are unable to fulfil your order, Muscle Republic will send an email to the supplied address and explain the issue.
  • Please note once you have placed your order we are not able to amend the items once submitted. If you discover that there has been a mistake with your order once it has been placed, you may request the order to be cancelled or amended. However, we cannot guarantee that we can do this prior to the order being dispatched.
  • Should the item you have ordered not be available or in stock we will contact you to confirm restock timing.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES therefore please provide full residential address. If shipping to Business Address please include full trading name of business, including suite, unit and building number along with delivery instructions.
  • All orders will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from Muscle Republic once order has been shipped.


All discount codes must be entered at checkout in the discount code box.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order. A discount code and a rewards code can't be used in the same order.
  • Our software cannot allow us to manually apply discount orders or adjust prices once orders are finalised.
  • A discount code can't be used when processing a return in our return portal. We do offer a $15 credit to shop now however you are unable to add any further discounts or bundles on top of this shop now offer. If you would like to select a store credit in your return, you can then place a new order via our website and apply the discount code you have or claim the bundle offer however you will not receive the $15 shop now credit.
  • No bundle offers can be applied during an exchange and the items will be charged at their full price. If you would like to purchase a bundle, you will be able to select a store credit in your return and then use that credit to shop and claim the bundle on our website. If you select 'Return for $ Refund' option you will not receive the $15 shop now credit.

        E-GIFT CARDS:

        • Muscle Republic is unable to apply the Gift Card to an order that has already been processed and completed. 
        • Gift Cards are not (in part or in full) refundable or redeemable for cash.
        • The expiration period for your Gift Card is set at three (3) years from the date it was given, and there are no extensions beyond this timeframe. 
        • Any remaining balance on the Gift Card after it expires won't be refunded, credited, or moved to a new gift card.
        • Your Gift Card entitles you to purchases up to the sum specified on the card. If you would like to make a purchase of goods for an amount that exceeds the value on your Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
        • Gift Cards can only be purchased in the amounts of $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, $500.
        • Your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
        • Muscle Republic is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Muscle Republic Gift Cards, and is not obligated to replace or refund the value of any lost, stolen, or damaged cards. 


        Returns and Exchanges:

        • Although we hope you love all your items from Muscle Republic, should you not be 100% satisfied with your new apparel we have a few return options available. Our returns portal makes it easy to process your return and gives you the flexibility to decide how you want your return processed. All you will need is your order number and delivery post code. For further information or to process your return, please click HERE.
        • Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags intact.
        • If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
        • Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in saleable condition. Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept returns of any products that have deodorant, makeup, tan stains, or any marks at all and it will be reshipped back to you.
        • Orders can be returned within 30 days once delivered for an exchange or store credit. Full price items can be returned within 15 days once delivered for a refund. Refund requests will have a $7.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund of the total return.
        • We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
        • Final Sale Items are final and cannot be exchanged, returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
        • International returns can be returned for Store Credit or Refund only, sadly no exchanges. Please see the INTERNATIONAL RETURNS section HERE for further information and click the link to start your return in our return portal.

        Sitewide Sale Returns Policy:

        Items purchased during sitewide sales can be returned for a store credit or exchange only, no refunds. You will be able to return items for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery with our free return label. Refunds will not be available during any sitewide sale for any items purchased!

        Final Sale items that have been further discounted during a sitewide sale cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

        If you purchase multiple sizes in the same product, unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions for refunds and duplicate items will still be returned for a store credit or exchange only. Due to the large volume of sales, we are unable to guarantee your exchange items will be available upon processing as items do sell out quickly so we do recommend selecting the instant exchange option if you want to secure your item.

        If you select an exchange and your return is delivered back to our warehouse and processed after the sitewide sale has ended unfortunately we are unable to honour the new item at the discounted price and it will be charged at full price. In this case, we do recommend selecting the instant exchange option or a store credit. If you have selected a new item that is not an even price exchange to the original item, a store credit will be processed instead so the correct amount is provided back to you to shop with.

        Faulty Products:

        Should you receive a faulty product, you can request for a review on the returns and exchange portal. You will need to provide a clear photo of the faulty item and upload it into the warranty claim. We will be able to assess and replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is sold out, a store credit will be processed. instead so you can choose something else.  If your faulty return request is not approved, we will reach out with further details.

        Warranty periods or time frames vary per item and are effective from the date of purchase.

        All orders are tracked and customers will receive an email confirming the tracking number once order has been dispatched.


        We have multiple options for international deliveries, depending on where you are situated in the world. 

        Please note, all timeframes listed are estimate only and can vary depending on country and during peak seasons such, such as sale & holiday periods. Whilst most of our orders are arriving as per the below timeframes the estimated delivery timeframes will vary based on destination and are subject to change in relevance to severe weather or pandemic conditions.

        Upon receiving your items:

        It is your responsibility to check the delivery (if applicable) before signing for and accepting it. Any discrepancy in the number of items received must be noted on the consignment there.

        The name of the person receiving the goods must be clearly legible at all times. It is your responsibility to check the goods to the invoice within 48 hours of delivery and contact Customer Service if there is a discrepancy within the 48 hours.

        Please provide your order number, email confirmation and tags on the items received and our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
