In this Privacy Policy, We use the terms, “We”, “Us” and “Our” to refer to any entity that forms part of the Muscle Republic Group, including Muscle Republic Pty Ltd ACN 610 216 512, MSCR Pty Ltd ACN 635 869 751 and any of their related bodies corporate.
PURPOSE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your Personal Information is important to Us. We are committed to maintaining the security of Personal Information provided to Us by individuals who access and use Our website at https://musclerepublic.com, Our mobile application and any of our social media platforms (collectively, Platform) as well as individuals who purchase products from Our Platform.
The purpose of this privacy policy (Privacy Policy) is to set out how We collect, store, use and disclose Personal Information and what steps We take to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its amendments (Privacy Act) and other relevant laws.
Your continued use of Our Platform will be regarded as your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use Our Platform or purchase Our products, you acknowledge and agree that We may collect, hold and share Personal Information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Platform, We collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including debit or credit card numbers, Paypal or AfterPay, bank details), email address, phone number and geographical location (Order Information).
In addition to Order Information and Device Information, We may also collect the following information through email sign ups, job applications or any other means of communication with Us:

- date of birth;
- contact details, including telephone numbers (landline and/or mobile);
- current address (including postal address);
- email address
- gender
- payment details, such as your debit or credit card, Paypal or AffterPay, bank details

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that We collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Platform (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, We may use any Personal Information provided to Us to:
- establish your identity;
- set up, administer and manage Our products and systems including the management and administration of an account with Us;

- advertise Muscle Republic across social networks (including by Facebook, TikTok and Instagram retargeting). Facebook and Instagram retargeting will display relevant advertisements tailored to you based on areas of the Platform that you have visited, by placing a cookie on your device. This cookie does not give Us access to your device. The cookie is used to allow Us to identify whether an individual has visited a page and, if so, show them related advertisements. Facebook and Instagram retargeting allows Us to tailor Our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you; and
- to Comply with legal requirements.
We may use third parties who are also bound by privacy policies to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use the Platform and issuing Our emails for Us.
We reserve the right at all times to monitor, review, retain, and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, but We have no obligation to monitor the use of the Platform or to retain the content of any user session.
You consent to Us using your Personal Information in the above ways and as set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may otherwise collect, use or disclose your Personal Information where the collection, use or disclosure is:
- in accordance with this Privacy Policy or any agreement you enter into with Us, or
- required or authorised by law, including without limitation the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION HELD BY US
We aim to keep your Personal Information secure. Any Personal Information that is collected via Our Platform or which is held on Our systems are protected by safeguards including physical, technical (firewalls, SSL encryption etc) and procedural methods.
Whilst We take reasonable measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure and accordingly We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you send to Us over the internet. You submit information over the internet at your own risk.
We do not collect sensitive or financial information about Our users via Our Platform.
If We find that We no longer require or have no further need for your Personal Information We may remove it from Our systems and securely destroy all record of it.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

OVERSEAS DISCLOURES
Some of your Personal Information may be disclosed, transferred, stored, processed or used overseas by Us, or by Our third party service providers. This may happen if:

- transactions, information, services or products have an overseas connection; or
- Our computer systems including IT servers are located overseas.

You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications use the unsubscribe link provided within any of Our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Please note that We do not alter Our Platform’s data collection and use practices when We see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask Us to update your Personal Information by emailing precise details of your request to customercare@musclerepublic.com
- You can ask Us not to send you future marketing communications. You can do this by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' or subscription preferences link in a direct marketing email that you have received from Us.
- You can also email Us at customercare@musclerepublic.com. We will then suppress your data from all direct marketing, although We will still keep it for processing your order and fulfilling customer service requests and after sale obligations. Alternatively, you can post your request to the address at the end of this Privacy Policy.
- You also have the right to request a copy of any Personal Information We hold about you. To do this, email Us or write to Us using the above contact information.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Platform, We will maintain your Order Information for Our records unless and until you ask Us to delete this information.
MINORS
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use the Platform.
COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRIVACY
