Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns, exchanges and store credits. Refund requests must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Store credit or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Domestic Returns:
Refund requests will have a $7.00 handling fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

International Returns:

    There is a fine art to the way an overside hoodie is cut so that it ends up looking cute and cuddly rather than sloppy. This hoodie gets it right perfectly. Agree with some of the other reviews that the double zip is a pain (and unnecessary), but mine settled down after the first few wears and didn't create any more problems after that. Still worth it for the perfect cut - it's big and fluffy but doesn't make the wearer look good. I feel like I'm walking around inside a big pink marshmallow when I wear in (in a good way)!
