SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We ship worldwide via AUSTRALIA POST, TEAM GLOBAL EXPRESS (TGE), DHL ECOMMERCE and DHL EXPRESS, offering standard and express post options. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the screen (on desktop) or in the sidebar (on the app). Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Orders received prior to 1.30pm AEST will be dispatched the same day except Mondays and during high peak periods such Christmas and sitewide sales. 

Delivery timeframes below are after dispatch from the warehouse, not from the purchase date.

All timeframes are an estimate only and can vary depending on the country and during peak seasons such as Christmas and sale periods. Each country has their own individual import processes and protocols that may affect arrival timeframes.

TRACKING NUMBER

All orders are tracked and customers will receive an email confirming the tracking number once order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard Shipping within Australia:

• Standard shipping is $5.95 or free for orders over $100.
• Delivery time 3-6 business days

Express Shipping within Australia:

• Express shipping is $8.95 or free for orders over $170.
• Delivery time 1-3 business days

Free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to promotional and sale periods.

For customers in Victoria, please note that parcels are shipped with TGE, which does not accept deliveries to a Parcel Locker address. If you need to ship your order to a parcel locker in Victoria, please reach out to our CX team here.

IMPORT TAXES/DUTIES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

For orders going to the United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

For USA, Canada, Taiwan, Korea (South) and all other countries, duties & taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP- Delivery Duty Paid before arrival (Recommended) or DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid (usually more expensive).

*Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
