RUNNING EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and participating in Run Republic (the "Event") hosted by [Muscle Republic] (the "Organizer"), I agree to the following terms:

1. Physical Fitness and Capability: I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, am in good health, and am properly trained. I assume all responsibility for my own physical fitness and capability to participate.

2. Assumption of Inherent Risks: I understand that running in a group event is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated with participating in this Event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants or pedestrians, the effects of the weather (including high heat, humidity, or rain), traffic, and the conditions of the road or trail.

3. Release of Liability: Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Organizer, its volunteers, sponsors, local councils, and partners from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this Event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

4. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to the Organizer securing necessary medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree to assume all financial responsibility for any costs incurred (including ambulance transport).

5. Route and Weather Alterations: I acknowledge that the Organizer reserves the right to delay, alter, or cancel the Event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or instructions from local authorities.

6. Media Consent: I grant permission to the Organizer to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this Event for any legitimate promotional purpose.

7. Personal Property: I acknowledge that the Organizer is not responsible for any personal items or property lost, stolen, or damaged during the Event.

By ticking the consent box upon registration, I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older (or have the explicit consent of a parent/guardian to participate), that I have read this document in its entirety, and that I fully understand and agree to its terms.
