Once you have earned enough points to redeem a voucher you can do so at the checkout.

In order to redeem points you must first be logged in. Once logged in you will be prompted at the checkout to redeem your points for a discount voucher which you can use on your order.

Unfortunately not, only one discount code is applicable for use per order. If you apply a discount code and then apply your rewards points, the first discount code entered in the checkout will be removed.

Yes, all loyalty rewards have a minimum spend requirement. 

$10 voucher: $75 minimum spend
$20 voucher: $150 minimum spend
$50 voucher: $250 minimum spend

Reward vouchers are valid for 3 months from time of point redemption.

No, reward vouchers are not applicable to be used within the returns portal.
