Although we hope you love all your items from Muscle Republic, should you not be 100% satisfied with your new apparel we have a few return options available. Our returns portal makes it easy to process your return and gives you the flexibility to decide how you want your return processed. All you will need is your order number and delivery post code.

·      Your items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with the tags attached and still be in an unused and saleable condition.

·      Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept any items that have deodorant, makeup, tan stains, pet fur or any marks at all and it will be reshipped back to you once received and inspected.

·      Orders can be returned within 30 days once delivered for an exchange or store credit. Full price items can be returned within 15 days once delivered for a refund. Refund requests will have a $7.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

·      Final Sale Items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.


Items purchased during sitewide sales can be returned for a store credit or exchange only, no refundsYou will be able to return items for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery with our free return label. Refunds will not be available during any sitewide sale for any items purchased!

If you purchase multiple sizes in the same product, unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions for refunds and duplicate items will still be returned for a store credit or exchange only. Due to the large volume of sales, we are unable to guarantee your exchange items will be available upon processing as items do sell out quickly so we do recommend selecting the instant exchange option if you want to secure your item.

If you select an exchange and your return is delivered back to our warehouse and processed after the sitewide sale has ended unfortunately we are unable to honour the new item at the discounted price and it will be charged at full price. In this case, we do recommend selecting the instant exchange option or a store credit. If you have selected a new item that is not an even price exchange to the original item, a store credit will be processed instead so the correct amount is provided back to you to shop with.

We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.


·      If you are local to the Muscle Republic Warehouse in Brookvale, you can pop by to drop off your return items. Before visiting the warehouse, please click the link at the top of this page to process your return request online through our portal. Your return request must be processed online and approved through our return portal before visiting the warehouse.

·      Please bring your items in the original bag with the tags attached and have a copy of your return confirmation which is emailed to you once the return is approved online. The Warehouse is open from Monday to Friday 8am-3pm excluding Public Holidays.

·      Please note, during sitewide sales and peak periods, there will be no in person returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept in person returns or exchanges due to stock moving very quickly and it must be processed online through our return portal. You will be sent a shipping label and the products must be returned with our return label provided.


·      International returns can be returned for Store Credit or Refund only, sadly no exchanges. Shipping for International Returns is payable by the customer though if returning for store credit we will provide an additional bonus of up to $20 on top of your store credit to help compensate for the shipping cost. To start your return, please click the link at the top of this page.

·      Should you receive a faulty product, you can process a warranty claim through the returns and exchange portal. You will need to provide a clear photo of the faulty item and upload it into the warranty claim. We will be able to review and replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is sold out, a store credit will be processed instead so you can choose something else.

·      If the item is purchased in a sitewide sale and is received faulty or damaged, we are unable to offer a refund as there are no refunds during sitewide sales however we can issue a store credit so you can select a brand new item and style.

·      Warranty periods or time frames vary per item and are effective from the date of purchase.

·      If you have any issues with the process of your warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via email and we will assist as soon as possible.


·      Our team work hard to ensure the accuracy of all orders, but mistakes do happen. If you receive an item or size that is different to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team at with your order number, a photo of your packing slip and a photo of the items you did receive. Our team will help get this all sorted for you as quickly as possible.


·      Free Exchanges means you will receive free shipping to return your parcel back to us if you choose a store credit or exchange option within Australia and you will not be charged for the label.

·      We offer one free return label per order only. If you do send back the wrong items unfortunately we are unable to issue a second label.

·      We will not refund any postage cost if you returned the product to us without using our free return label.

·      If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.

·      Due to the popularity of our ranges, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange once your return arrives. We do recommend selecting the instant exchange option if you would like to secure the item right away as the order will be placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock. To place an instant exchange, we will put a temporary hold on your credit card for A$1.00 until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.

·      Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit.


·      All full price items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Outlet items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only.

·      Depending on your payment method the funds may take 3-5 business days to clear back into your account.

·      All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of store credit and card/PayPal/AfterPay then your store credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.

·      Refund requests will have a $7.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

·      Orders placed with a store credit can't be returned for a cash refund as they are non refundable and it will be re-issued as a new store credit.


·      When using Afterpay you have the option to return one or all of your items for a refund (if within 15 days of delivery as per the returns policy). If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due, these amounts will be removed from your Afterpay plan and you will not have to pay for them.

·      If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts will be removed from your Afterpay payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded.

·      It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!

·      If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine. Once we issue the refund, Afterpay will just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan.

·      Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time, or contact them directly for more information.


·      Store credits are issued via email as a gift card which can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 12 months from date of issue.

·      Store credits are redeemable immediately after issue.

·      Orders placed with a store credit can't be returned for a cash refund as they are non refundable and it will be re-issued as a new store credit.


·       A discount code can't be used when processing a return in our return portal. We do offer a $15 credit to shop now however you are unable to add any further discounts or bundles on top of this shop now offer. If you would like to select a store credit in your return, you can then place a new order via our website and apply the discount code you have or claim the 2 for $70 tops bundle however you will not receive the $15 shop now credit.

·      The 2 for $70 tops bundle can't be applied during an exchange and the items will be charged at their full price. If you would like to purchase this bundle, you will be able to select a store credit in your return and then use that credit to shop and claim the 2 for $70 on our website. If you select the store credit option, you will not receive the $15 shop now credit.

·       All discount codes must be entered at checkout in the discount code box.

·       Only one discount code can be used per order. A discount code and a rewards code can't be used in the same order.

·       Our software cannot allow us to manually apply discount orders or adjust prices once orders are finalised.


·      Items bought on the outlet page can only be returned for an exchange for a product of similar or equivalent price value OR a store credit.

·      Items purchased on the outlet page cannot be refunded.
