    • Upon downloading the Muscle Republic App, you'll receive an exclusive discount code via push notification. This discount code is a one-time offer for new Muscle Republic App users.
    • The code must be entered at the checkout and the discount applied before making payment.
    • The code cannot be applied to an order retrospectively.
      This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or Promotion.
    • Discount codes are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to promotional and sale periods.

    WOW15 Discount Code:

    • The WOW15 discount code is for first-time Muscle Republic customers and can be applied towards your first purchase only.
    • WOW15 offers 15% off your first purchase.
    • This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
    • The code must be entered in checkout and discount applied before making payment.
    • The code cannot be applied to an order retrospectively.
    • Can be used on the Muscle Republic website or app.

    SPRING SALE 

    • Sale prices are valid from Wednesday 10 September, 8am AEST - Sunday 14 September, 11.59pm AEST
    • Early access is available from Tuesday 9 September, exclusive to members of the Muscle Republic Facebook Forum.
    • This offer includes: Up to 40% OFF the Spring Edit.
    • Sale prices will automatically apply at checkout.
    • Gift with purchase is available for the first 500 orders placed over $150. Not available for International Orders or on purchases within the returns portal.
    • Loyalty reward vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with the SPRING10 discount code, only one discount is applicable per order. Reward points will still be earned during this time frame for those customers who are logged into their account.
    • Discount codes cannot be used at the checkout in conjunction with each other, only one discount can be used at the checkout per order.
    • Click & Collect service will not be available during this time period.
    • All orders must be placed through musclerepublic.com or the Muscle Republic app.
    • Excludes previous purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
    • Muscle Republic reserves the right to end these promotions at any given time.
    • Exclusions apply, any product not marked down within the Spring Edit is not included within the sale. Additional 10% off with code SPRING10 is however applicable site wide.

    OUT OF STOCK & OVERSOLD ITEMS 

    During the busy sale period, when many people are shopping at once, some items can sell out before the website updates.

    This happens because thousands of shoppers are checking out at the same time, and occasionally, someone else may purchase the last item before your payment is completed. We do everything possible to reduce these oversells, but sometimes they’re unavoidable.

    If an item you’ve ordered during the sale is oversold, don’t worry - we’ll issue you a full refund to your original payment method.

    Please note, during peak sale periods we can experience a delay in dispatch time. Due to this delay, it can take 5-7 business days to notify you about any unavailable items. If you have multiple items in your order, we’ll still ship the rest to you.

    DISPATCH & SHIPPING DELAYS 

    Our team is working around the clock to get your order dispatched ASAP, however, due to high order volumes, it may take up to 5-7 days for orders to be dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has left our warehouse & is with the postal carrier.

    Express Shipping prioritises delivery once your order is in transit. 

    Please note that couriers may be experiencing major delays with their delivery networks during the busy period so your delivery may take longer than expected to arrive.

    CHANGING & CANCELLING ORDERS 

    If you’ve made a mistake on your order, we recommend placing a new order for the correct items to make sure you don’t miss out!

    With all the excitement over our Spring Sale, we're handling a large volume of orders, so are unable to make changes, add items, or cancel orders once the orders are placed.
