Designed in our super soft, athleisure jersey fabric, the Reform Flare Sleeve Top is a fitted long sleeve top with a bound scoop neckline and gentle flared sleeves. The perfect long sleeve top for pilates, walking, and everyday wear.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns, exchanges and store credits. Refund requests must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Store credit or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Domestic Returns:
Refund requests will have a $7.00 handling fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

International Returns:
