Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns, exchanges and store credits. Refund requests must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Store credit or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Domestic Returns:
Refund requests will have a $7.00 handling fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

International Returns:

Unfortunately, items purchased during a sitewide sale are not eligible for a refund. You are able to return only for a store credit or exchange. For health & hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for underwear, socks, hair accessories and drink bottles.

    Soft and cosy

    Super soft material on the outside and super soft fleece on the inside. Very comfy and a nice true black that goes with everything. Thick and warm, perfect for winter. On heavy rotation! :)
