Tuesday 2 December, 11.59pm AEDT.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Sale prices will be as marked. You can also use discount code EXTRA10 for an extra 10% off sitewide.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, only one discount code is applicable per order.

CAN I SAVE ITEMS IN MY CART?

Our sales can get a little crazy! Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the items whilst you are still shopping and can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

We recommend saving all the items you've got your eye on to your wishlist, you can then add them quickly to your cart from here.

Please note, adding products to your wishlist does not guarantee their reservation.

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

This is the perfect time to use your credit!

You can use your store credit voucher code to make partial or full payment at the checkout.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, only one discount code is applicable per order.

CAN I USE MY LOYALTY REWARDS POINTS?

No, loyalty redemption vouchers cannot be used during the sale.

You will continue to earn reward points of 1 point per $1 spent during the sale, when logged into your account.

If you’ve made a mistake on your order, we recommend placing a new order for the correct items to make sure you don’t miss out!

During this busy time period we're handling a large volume of orders, so are unable to make changes, add items, or cancel orders once the orders are placed.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?

Australia:

Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale can only be returned for Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days and are not eligible for Refunds.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed by our returns team once it arrives back to our warehouse during this busy time.

NZ + Rest Of The World:

Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale can only be returned for Store Credit only 30 days and are not eligible for Exchanges or Refunds.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed by our returns team once it arrives back to our warehouse during this busy time.

Shipping for International Returns is payable by the customer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to get all orders out as fast as possible, however, due to increased orders during promotion periods, orders may take up to 7-12 days to be dispatched.

Please note Express Shipping means your order will only be prioritised once it's in transit with the courier, not fast tracked during processing.

IF I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL MY ORDER BE PRIORITISED?

Orders are picked and packed based on when they are received. We recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to receive your order quickly!

If you have opted for Express, your order will only be fast-tracked and prioritised once it's in transit with the courier.

We are unfortunately unable to offer Next Day Delivery service during the Black Friday Sale.

CAN I STILL CLICK & COLLECT DURING THE SALE?

Unfortunately, Click & Collect is currently not available.

IS THERE A GIFT WITH PURCHASE?

Yes, orders over $200 will receive a gift with purchase; MSCR Accessories Bundle, including a Cap, Socks & Tote Bag.

Unfortunately, you cannot select an alternative GWP to the product shown at checkout.

Product is subject to availability and while styles last.

GWP is not available for international customers or purchases made through the returns portal.

If you are shopping on our website: Simply add $200 or more to your cart and your gift with purchase will automatically add to your cart.

If you are shopping on the app: Once you have added $200 or more to your cart, you must then ""TAP TO ADD TO CART"", to add your gift with purchase into the cart prior to checkout. The GWP will not automatically be added to your cart in app purchases.
