We are pretty quick around here only have a small window to make changes to your order! We will do everything in our power to make these changes before your items are shipped. We can make changes to shipping, sizing, products, and quantity changes if you contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com, with the subject as 'URGENT' and include your order number and all the specific details of the changes you need to make. We can’t guarantee we will be able to make the changes though we will our best to do so!

The auto-fill feature is sometimes a blessing and a curse and understand in can cause havoc with your shipping information. If you need to make changes to your address, please contact us straight away with your order number and all the changes you need to make. If your order has already left us, you will need to contact Australia Post using your tracking number and request a redirect for your package

If you have forgotten to enter your discount code at checkout, we are sadly unable to apply the discount code after the order has been confirmed. If you would like to get the bonus discount, then please make sure you process this in your at the checkout before hitting “Pay Now’.

ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?
Our sales can get a little crazy! Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the items whilst you are still shopping and can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order. Prior to the sale it is worth checking out the website beforehand, so you know exactly what you’re after!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. During peak sales they can sometimes take 24-48 hours to be processed (excluding weekends). Delivery times and schedules do vary depending the delivery zones and destination. Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post/DHL and do exclude our processing times and customs processing times if applicable. Full tracking information will be sent out to the email used to place the order with us as soon as it has been collected from the postal carrier.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Australian orders are expected to be received within 1-2 business days for express shipping and 2-5 business days for standard shipping
International orders are expected to be received within 5-7 business days for express shipping and 10-15 business days for standard shipping

WHEN DOES THE SALE START?
Our EOFY starts at 8am Sydney time (AEST) on the 22nd June. Our VIPS will have early access to the website one hour earlier and will be sent an exclusive password which will allow them to gain access from 7am AEST.

On 21 June at 8am AEST , we'll be turning our website off. In its place, you'll find our holding page with a countdown to the start of the sale.
