BLACK FRIDAY SALE

WHEN DOES THE SALE START?

Our Black Friday Sale starts at 8am Sydney time (AEDT, UTC+11) on the 11th November.

Our VIPS will have early access to the website one hour earlier and will be sent an exclusive VIP email which will allow them to gain access from 7am AEST.

WHAT ITEMS ARE IN THIS YEARS BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Absolutely EVERYTHING… yep we’re not kidding, everything on our website will be discounted by 50%.

Please note that our 2 for $70 bundle promotion won’t running during the sale.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Items purchased during the Black Friday sales can be returned for a store credit or exchange only, no refunds.

You will be able to return items for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery with our free return label. 

Refunds will not be available during any sitewide sale for any items purchased!

If you purchase multiple sizes in the same product, unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions for refunds and duplicate items will still be returned for a store credit or exchange only. Due to the large
volume of sales, we are unable to guarantee your exchange items will be available upon processing as items do sell out quickly so we do recommend selecting the instant exchange option if you want to secure your item.

If you select an exchange and your return is delivered back to our warehouse and processed after the sitewide sale has ended unfortunately we are unable to honour the new item at the discounted price and it will be charged at full price.

In this case, we do recommend selecting the instant exchange option or a store credit. If you have selected a new item that is not an even price exchange to the original item, a store credit will be processed instead so the correct amount is provided back to you to shop with.

CAN I USE MY REWARDS AND STORE CREDIT?

The discount code box will only allow for one discount code, so whilst you can use your store credit, you won't be able to use your rewards credit during the sale.

If you do apply a rewards discount first, followed by the blackfriday sale code, the rewards code will be removed as only one can apply!

CAN I SAVE ITEMS IN MY CART?

Our sales can get a little crazy! Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the items whilst you are still shopping and can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

We recommend saving all the items you’ve got your eye on to your Wishlist, you can then add them quickly to your cart from here.

WILL THE 2 FOR $70 BUNDLE BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SALE?

Bundle deals are unavailable during the sale and the 2 for $70 will not apply to cart automatically during the sale period.

WILL YOUR NEW COLLECTION BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE?

Everything on our website, including our latest Fundamentals drop will be included in the 50% off sale!

THE ITEM I WANT HAS SOLD OUT, WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING DURING THE SALE?

We've stocked up for our sale so there should be plenty to go around for everyone.

However, please note we won't be restocking during the sale - so be quick if you’ve got your eyes on a specific colour or size!

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

We are pretty quick around here and only have a small window to make changes to your order! We will do everything in our power to make these changes before your items are shipped.

We can make changes to shipping, sizing, products, and quantity changes if you contact us immediately by sending us a message on Live Chat or by emailing customercare@musclerepublic.com , with the subject as 'URGENT' and include your order number and all the specific details of the changes you need to make.

We can’t guarantee we will be able to make the changes though we will our best to do so!

I’VE ENTERD THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN YOU UPDATE THIS FOR ME?

The auto-fill feature is sometimes a blessing and a curse and can cause havoc with your shipping information!

If you need to make changes to your address, please contact us straight away with your order number and all the changes you need to make.

Please note that if your order has already left us, you will need to contact Australia Post
using your tracking number and request a redirect for your package.

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE, CAN YOU HELP?

If you have forgotten to enter your discount code at checkout, we are sadly unable to apply the discount code after the order has been confirmed.

THERE’S A QUEUE AT CHECKOUT, SHALL I REFRESH THE PAGE?

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.

CAN I USE AFTERPAY OR ZIPPAY TO PLACE MY ORDER?

You're more than welcome to use any of the listed payment methods during
the sale, which include AfterPay, ZipPay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We would also love for you to use your store credit on your order!

SHIPPING, DELIVERY TIMES AND CLICK + COLLECT

Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible however due to a high volume of orders during the Black Friday Sale, we ask customers to please allow extra time for the order to be dispatched however as soon as your order is dispatched and is on the way to you, you will receive your tracking number via email.

We're unfortunately unable to combine shipping on multiple orders during this time - each order will be dispatched separately.

Our warehouse team are going to be extremely busy so the option for Click + Collect will be turned off during our Black Friday Sale and we won't be able to process in person returns.
